BR, 2 Bath Condo, recently remodeled and redecorated,
located on the west side of the building, with a beautiful
view of the gulf from each room. Luxury at its finest and
competitive rates. Gorgeous views from every room with
floor to ceiling glass doors opening to the spacious 28
ft. private balcony. Beautiful views of the sunset,
overlooking the beach.
Our unit
offers 1150 sq. ft. of space with lighted walk-in closet
in Master, along with a sitting area for your privacy, if
you so desire. Master suite also includes a king size bed,
while the second bedroom, with its, own private entrance,
includes 2 full size beds.

The living room is equipped
with a queen size sleeper sofa, recliner, and rocker,
along with a flat screen TV, VCR, DVD, and cable. (Currently
working on high speed internet connection).
The fully
equipped kitchen (with new appliances) includes ceramic
counter tops, a bar seating area for 3, along with a table
for 2. The beautiful formal dining area seats 6 on the 84"
beveled glass top table. Washer and Dryer included, along
with a beach umbrella and 3 chairs. |

Resort is conveniently located within walking distance
of restaurants and 1/4 mile from Silver Sands Outlet
shopping area, housing over 100 shops. Additional
amenities of Surfside Resort includes
air-conditioned/heated interior hallways, covered
parking, 24 hour security, oversized heated pool,
kiddie pool, 2 Hot Tubs, tennis courts, basketball and
shuffle board. Skybridge to the beach is conveniently
located from the pool deck area. Seascape, an 18 hole
championship golf course is adjacent to the property.
