It's not all about the
best views in this unit.....although that is what you will have.
Walking into this designer/artist owned and decorated condo is like
walking into a beach house. Most all of the art work is original and
gives this condo so much personality!!
The design details like the bead board bathrooms, Mexican tile
floors and magazine worthy, gourmet kitchen will have you booking
next year's vacation before you leave this year!
This is a very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that sleeps 8.
(there is a comfy queen sleeper in the great room).
If you insist on taking your laptop on vacation you can leave it
open on the desk in the great room, but don't plan on getting too
much work done! The desk faces the floor to ceiling wall of windows
that looks out onto the Gulf of Mexico. You can work, or watch the
dolphins swim or the pelicans fly by!! You can watch your family on
the beach or wait for the spectacular sunsets from inside the condo
or from the 35 ft. balcony that is accessible from EVERY room in the
unit.
The over sized master has Gulf views, a seating area, 32" wall
mounted flat screen TV, luscious king size bed and a dressing table
and chair that can also be used for a laptop (if you must!). The
master has a dressing area with a full length mirror and a walk in
closet with shelves, drawers and rods. There is a master bath with
beautiful granite counters, double sinks and a gorgeous Mexican tile
shower/tub.
The guest room has two double beds and the same wonderful gulf view.
There is a flat screen TV in this room too! The guest bath has
granite counter top and a shower and bead board walls. (very chic)
The designer kitchen will have you reconsidering dinner
reservations. Everything you need is in this kitchen with high-end
stainless appliances, custom cabinets and there is even a
built-in-bar area with wine glasses at your finger tips on the glass
shelves.
Of course there is a washer and dryer in the condo, and a TV, DVD
and CD player in the great room.
Staying here is like staying at the Ritz Carlton!

communities of Santa Rosa, Water Colors, Sea Side, Grayton and
