Enjoy amazing unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from our beautiful one bedroom condo.  We are directly across from breathtaking Miramar Beach that offers convenient beach service, water sports and the famous Pompano Joes restaurant.  There are no condos or houses on our beach just sand and surf!  You will find our condo fully equipped, clean and comfortable with all NEW designer furnishings and décor.  The balcony overlooks the pool and courtyard areas for convenience and pleasure.  We are located on Scenic Gulf Drive; an old two lane beach road where you can safely walk, ride bikes or buggies to dine and shop. The new Destin Commons open air mall and the famous Outlet Mall together with more specialty shops, great dining, grocery, golf, & Family Entertainment are all just a 5 minute drive!

Amenities for Each Complex: Hot Tub & Heated Pool is at Summer Breeze.  Pool at Tradewinds.  Washer/Dryers are in units at Tradewinds and onsite at Summer Breeze. Both complexes have, BBQ Grill, AC, Phone, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove, TV’s, VCR’s, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Utensils, Linens, Ceiling Fans, Large Furnished Patios overlooking the Pool and more!
