This house is situated in the Crystal Beach Community. It's one block away from the beach and close to some of the best golf, shopping, and restaurants in Northwest Florida.

This lovely home features three-story construction with a private-heated pool. All new landscaping features a variety of palms, flowering plants and jasmine. For added privacy, the Carriage Apartment is found over the garage and has its own entrance, Queen Bed, TV and living area. The apartment also has a kitchenette and its own bath. The entrance driveway is doublewide for extra parking. The house features all new decorating and lively colors. The living room has a complete stereo/surround system w/VCR & DVD and is open to the bar, kitchen, and dining room. Dual phone lines with fax are also in the LR.

The master bedroom is situated on the first floor and has its own private screened porch, King bed, TV, and jacuzzi bath. Each of the two bedrooms on the second floor also have their owned private screened porch and TV. The third floor bedroom has a trundal bed, TV, sink and refrigerator as well as a panoramic view of Crystal Beach area.

The privately fenced back yard has three gates, a private-heated pool with a unique setting area with jacuzzi type jets for relaxing. There is a Gas Grill in the backyard also. The unique landscaping offers a lovely setting for entertaining.

This is a NO SMOKING HOUSE and NO PETS are allowed. We also do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. There is a four vehicle parking maximum allowed per rental.
